Post Insurance is one of the longest operating small businesses in Port St. Lucie. They were founded by Bob Post in 1979. Bob’s daughter, Kathy Post, joined the agency in 1985, assuming ownership several years ago when her dad retired.

Kathy Post is the CEO/Owner of Post Insurance & Financial, Inc.  A 3^rd Generation Florida native, Kathy grew up in St. Lucie County.  With 25 years insurance experience, Kathy leads a team of 16 employees who understand the complexities of insurance but explain it in ‘plain old English.’ 

Kathy also takes a strong interest in her community and supports organizations such as the Red Cross, United Way, and Sunrise Theatre just to name a few. She is active in the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Council, Treasure Coast Builder's Association, and Port St. Lucie Businesswomen's Association.  Kathy was nationally recognized for her charitable work by receiving Nationwide's Corporate Community Service Award in 2002.

Kathy is married to Jeff Janocsko and they have four children. Her hobbies include traveling, playing golf, scrapbooking, and being a great mom.

Like her sister Kathy, Becky did her share to help out the agency growing up.  A native of St. Lucie County, Becky graduated from John Carroll High School and then moved to Tallahassee where she attended Florida State University. She received her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Communication from FSU. She worked for 8 years as a Legislative Liaison and Speechwriter for the Florida Governor’s Office, the Florida House of Representatives, and Indian River State College. Becky’s expertise in communication, marketing, technology, strategic planning, and management was a good fit for the changing needs of the agency and the Florida insurance marketplace. She joined the ‘family business’ in 2003 as Agency Operations Manager.

Becky is married to Paul O’Brien and has 4 stepdaughters. She is an Adjunct Professor for IRSC and is a graduate of the Chamber’s Leadership St. Lucie Program. She is on the Board for the Boys and Girls Club of St. Lucie County and supports the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She loves to learn and her hobbies include traveling, reading, and cheering on the FSU Seminoles!

Originally from Springfield, Illinois, Donna moved to Port St. Lucie with her family in 1985.  She was a member of the first graduating class of Port St. Lucie High School and started her insurance career literally working in the mail room.  She found the world of insurance exciting and challenging and found herself wanting to learn more.  She advanced rapidly and now 14 years later, thrives on helping guide her clients through the fast-paced, ever-changing insurance marketplace. 

She's the proud mom of a college freshman at IRSC and is active in her son's Pop Warner football team. 

Donna Datz started her insurance career working for Aetna C&S in New York.  In 1977 she and her family moved to Florida.   She excels in the personal lines side of insurance and has earned the Certified Professional Insurance Woman designation. She worked with the SM Fines agency for 18 years and was pleased to join the Post Insurance team when Post acquired the SM Fines agency in 2010.  

Donna is the Membership Director for the Gator Snow Ski and Activities Club and the President/Treasurer of a Stuart Condominium Association. 

Her hobbies include her traveling to locations on her 'bucket list', scrapbooking, cooking, gardening, and enjoying her two grandchildren.

Jack was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA.  His early career was in manufacturing, where he started out sweeping floors.  A quick learner and born 'problem-solver', he was quickly promoted through the ranks and was soon offered a re-location promotion to Florida.  

After 17 years in manufacturing and several years as General Manager, Jack was ready for a new challenge.  He joined Post Insurance as a Life Insurance Associate in 2009.  His enjoys working with families to ensure that they're financially prepared in case the worst should happen.   

He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and 2 kids.

Jamie is a native of Port St. Lucie.  She joined Post Insurance part-time after graduating from Westwood High School nearly 5 years ago.   Her demonstrated attention to detail and technical expertise quickly led to a permanent position with the organization.  She continues to advance in her responsibilities and supports all areas of agency operations including accounting, data processing, reporting, and computer tech support.

She's an active mom who enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.

Jennifer (Kaste) Pizzarello is nearly a lifelong resident of St. Lucie County.  Her expertise lies in commercial insurance.  She enjoys the one-on-one time she has with businessowners to discuss their unique needs. The challenge of finding the right solution in a competitive Florida marketplace is what drives her success.

She's actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce and Treasure Coast Builder's Association.  She is also a Notary Public.

Jen has recently married Peter Pizzarello. Her hobbies include softball, scrapbooking, and playing with their dog, Maggie.

Kara was born in Australia and moved to the United States with her family when she was 18 years old.  She began her sales career in Real Estate in Maryland and continued in Real Estate when she moved to Florida six years ago.   A bubbly, outgoing person, she found herself mastering the sometimes tricky home insurance market so she could properly advise her homebuyers.  The more she learned, the more she gravitated to building on her knowledge of real estate and embarking on a new career in insurance.   Kara has been with Post Insurance for 4-years and specializes in all areas of personal lines insurance including auto, home, flood, and personal property.

She's an active mom of 2 small children with a creative flair.  After a day analyzing insurance coverage, you can find her decorating cakes or making dance/halloween costumes for her kids, co-workers, and friends. 

Kelley has recently celeberated her 5-Year Anniverary with Post Insurance.  Her warm, friendly, and bubbly personality has made her a success at the agency.  She has held multiple positions within Post Insurance and offers outstanding service to customers and is an all-around team player for the agency.  Anyone who knows Kelley, knows that her title of Customer Care Associate is well-deserved! 

Originally from Connecticut, Kelley moved to the Treasure Coast as a child with her family in 1986.  She enjoys reading and spending time with family being a great mom and aunt!

Robyn grew up on Long Island and moved to Martin County in 1984.  She started her insurance careeer with Allstate Insurance in 1988 and recently joined Post Insurance in order to offer clients custom insurance packages and more insurance options.

She is a recent empty-nester as her only son just started college at UCF.  She is actively involved in working with the Jensen Beach High School marching band and volunteers with Relay for Life and Treasure Coast Hospice.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and following Nascar (and will now be a big fan of the UCF Knights football team!)

Roselle moved to PSL from White Plains, New York  in 1988.  She began her insurance career in Florida in 1993 as a Personal Lines Account Manager.  She worked with the SM Fines agency for 13 years and was pleased to join the Post Insurance team when Post acquired the SM Fines agency in 2010.  Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her an important part of the Post Insurance team.   

Roselle is a mother and grandmother, and is now proudly celebrating the birth of her first great-granddaughter!

Suzzanne is a Native Floridian, raised in Lee County.  She began her insurance career in 1978 on the West Coast in Fort Myers, Florida.  She moved to St. Lucie County in the early 1980's and is one of the earliest employees to start with Post - back when it was just her and Bob.  She's worked in all lines of insurance, although has specialized in Commercial Insurance over the last decade.

Suzzanne says her family, church/faith and friends are the most important part of her life.  She's particularly proud of her 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

When not working, Suzzanne enjoys bowling, quilting, traveling, and hiking in the woods. 

Sandy began her insurance career in 1990 working in the health insurance field for 12 years. Upon locating to Florida in 2004, she devoted herself to learning property and casualty insurance, specializing in commercial insurance. Sandy thrives on helping customers understand their insurance policies and advising them when changes occur on their policy or in the industry.

She enjoys nature and the outdoors, including golfing, camping, fishing and boating - especially when it involves the kids and grandkids.

Thony has a compassionate heart and strong desire to help others.  She studied Biology at Florida Memorial College in Miami as she pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a Nurse.  After working with critically ill patients, she decided to transition her desire to help others from the healthcare industry to a career in insurance.  After 14 years in insurance, she knows she found her true calling.   Clients know this too as they regularly commend her professionalism, thoroughness, and reliability. 

Thony enjoys shopping with her daughter and is a big fan of the Miami Heat basketball team.
