- Post Insurance & Financial, Inc. will not sell your information to anyone - period. We may use your information within our agency to offer to you quality products and services that we believe are relevant to your interests through our agency. We will not share such information with nonaffiliated third parties, such as banks, security firms or other companies. Please notify us if you wish to opt out of receiving marketing notices. You may opt out at any time and your request will take effect in 30 days. If you have already opted out, you don't need to opt out again because your request will never expire. - Payment Information - When you purchase an insurance policy from Post Insurance & Financial, Inc., you might pay the premiums with your credit card or personal check. If you use your credit card to pay the premium, your credit card information is used to process your payment on the insurance company website and is not stored in our system. Credit card information may be stored if you request auto bill-pay and the insurance company requires it for recurring transactions. If you pay the premium using your personal check, your check may be processed electronically as an electronic funds transfer. Once the purchase has been authorized, your physical check is shredded. If your check is mailed to the insurance company, a copy of your check may be kept electronically in your file to provide a record in case it is not received by the insurance company or the amount processed by the insurance company is different than that indicated on the check.
- We may also disclose information about you as permitted by law, such as to respond to a subpoena or court order, to prevent fraud or to comply with an inquiry by a government (i.e., law enforcement) agency. We may also disclose information voluntarily to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in matters of national security.
