We have been clients of Post Insurance since moving to Port St Lucie about 9 years ago.  By dumb luck, Sherri happened to be available to answer our questions the day we were shopping for insurance.  We were impressed with her, and she became our agent.  We had insurance on our home, golf cart, several cars, a truck, a travel trailer, 5th wheel and Motorhome.  We changed vehicles and carriers several times over the years.  In our opinion, Sherri has always treated us with professionalism.  We felt confident when we asked her questions that we received good answers.  She was always prompt, polite and explained insurance so that we could understand it.  Often times, people are quick to complain about poor service.  We wanted you to know how pleased we were with the service that Sherri provided to us. 

We have had a wonderful experience with Sherri and we appreciated her knowledge and responsiveness to our needs.  And, even after securing our coverage, she went out of her way to help us with an issue with the mortgage company.  We want to let you kknow how pleased we are with Sherri.  She is a great asset.  

I have been a construction lawyer for 21 years, and Board Certified in Construction Law for 16 years.  

In that time I have worked with many, many, many insurance agents who work with my contractor clients.  I have lost count of how many insurance agents I have met and worked with.  Sometimes it is a challenge because when I call them or email them or ask them for things, like we are doing here, they are slow or unresponsive or uncooperative or something less than helpful.  

The absolute greatest, nicest, most cooperative, helpful and fastest of ALL the insurance agents that I have ever dealt with is YOUR Suzzanne Holt.  She is the absolute number one greatest insurance agent of all time, in my book.  Any agent can sell you a policy and collect a premium.  Most will tell you that you are entitled to great service after the policy is issued.  Not all of them deliver great service.  Suzanne Holt does.  I cannot say enough good things about her.  Please keep getting your insurance from Suzzanne and please tell all of your contractor friends to do the same.  

Dear Jeannette, Thank you so much for always looking out for us. I know I've told you many times, but you truly are such a good person and so thorough with everything. You have seen me through so many insurance needs, and I am so appreciative.  

Donna Datz was absolutely fantastic. She was professional Knowledgeable, cheerful and very fast in taking care of getting the policy to the mortgage company for closing.
