Commercial CSR/Account Manager

Summary

Post Insurance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time 440 or 220-licensed Commercial CSR/Account Manager. Looking for individuals who are positive, self-motivated, professional, ethical, and a team player. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and communication skills.  

We're looking for someone who enjoys building and maintaining relationships in order to take care of our amazing clients.  You'll have a dedicated client base of small to mid-sized businesses while having access to incredible carriers and brokers, including Nationwide Insurance, USLI, Auto-Owners, Progressive, NBS, and more.  Our commercial clients range from large contractors and sub-contractors, to medical professionals like doctors and dentists, to area non/profits and churches, to a wide variety of main street businesses and mom-and-pop shops. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years commercial lines experience.  

We would prefer someone in the office, but will consider a remote or hybrid position for the right candidate located further away. We would love to have you join our family! Duties include:
• Have solid understanding of Commercial Property & Casualty coverages and policies like General Liability, Business Owners, Worker's Compensation, Commercial Property, and Commercial Auto.
• Knowledge of Florida Insurance Market and Carriers preferred.
• Ability to market new business and renewal re-markets to multiple carriers and underwriters.
• Create Acord Applications.
• Create Coverage Comparisons and Quote Proposals.
• Manage upcoming renewals.
• Issue COI’s or EOP's as needed.
• Review policies and contracts as needed.
• Invoice Premiums.
• Review loss runs, DL, MVR and vehicle registrations.
• Update policy details in agency management system.
• Manage Endorsements, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Audits, and Re-Markets
• Handle day-to-day service needs, renewals, rewrites, new business quotes, and questions/requests from clients and underwriters in a timely and courteous manner.
• Multi-task and manage daily work independently with good judgment.
• Work well with Principal Agent, fellow account managers, and processors to achieve department and agency goals.
• Function comfortably in a digital, paperless environment.  
• Computer systems - Hawksoft agency management system, Adobe, Word, Excel (prior knowledge not required)
