Manage myPolicy is an enhancement to the Citizens website that allows policyholders to register and access their policy information. This feature is currently available for policies with a prefix of FRJ.

Manage myPolicy will allow policyholders to see details such as:
· Name, property address, and effective and expiration dates
· Agent name, address, phone number and e-mail address
· Coverage and deductible information
· Rating, discount and mitigation information
· Premium amount and billing history

Over the Phone
By calling 1-888-685-1555 and following the prompts, policyholders can hear details regarding coverage information, premium amounts and payment dates.
